When installing a Th350 or Th400, Powerglide behind an LS engine while using a curved flywheel you'll need this adapter spacer. The spacer will center the nose of the converter to the curved flex plate. Will fit 200r4, 700r4.

- Used on various LS Swaps and Conversions
- Fits Gen III/IV LS and Gen V LT series engines
- Not required on 1999-2000 6.0L stock flexplate (longer crank with flat flexplate)
- Inserts into rear of crankshaft. If using a curved flexplate you'll need this adapter spacer.
